Processing Times
We process all orders immediately to ensure your order is shipped out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can stay updated on your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders using Purolator or UPS, both trusted carriers known for their reliability and efficiency. Depending on your location, we will select the best carrier for your order.
Shipping Times
Canada: 1-3 business days
USA: 2-5 business days
International (Other Regions): 3-10 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, local holidays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. For orders within Canada and the USA, you’ll be able to see the shipping costs before completing your purchase.
For international orders, shipping is calculated based on your location. We strive to offer competitive rates but please be aware that some countries or remote areas may have higher shipping fees.
Regions Excluded from Shipping
Although we ship mostly everywhere around the world, some regions have very unreliable shipping and therefore we do no ship there. This is to ensure that your order reaches you safely and without delay. If you are in a region that falls under this category, we will notify you at the time of checkout.
Free Shipping
For Canadian and US orders over a certain amount, we offer free shipping. The qualifying amount is displayed during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package. You can use the tracking number to check for updates on the shipping carrier’s website.

Packaging & Care
Your garment will arrive safely packed and ready to wear. To keep your garment looking great, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment tag: cold wash and hang dry or low tumble dry.
