Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
Returns are only allowed if the item has a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or any other fault attributable to us.
How to Initiate a Return
Inspect Your Item: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
Contact Us: Email us at care@chedco.com with the following details:
Your order number.
Photos of the damage or defect.
A brief description of the issue.
Wait for Approval: Once we review your request, we will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the details to ship the item back.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Replacements
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the issue, we will process a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders and personalized hoodies are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect or damage.
